Your Quotation  ..

If any Scope of Works has been created for your quotation please check this carefully to make sure that we have not missed any areas of works or have included unnecessary areas, etc. 

If any changes are required please inform us of these asap so that a revised Scope of Works and/or Quotation can be supplied is necessary. 

All quotation issued are valid for 28 days from receipt. ​

PLACING YOUR ORDER  ..

In order to confirm your order ​

PAYMENT TERMS  ..

Our payment terms are 50% on order and 50% on completion.

We will issue you an invoice details your full charges, broken down to show your 50% deposit amount for payment.

The deposit must be paid before any suggested dates can be confirmed.  Once paid we will confirm the dates for works and schedule. 

We accept payment by BACS.  

We can also accept card payment by via Paypal, please ask for a PayPal invoice to be sent to you for online payment.

If you are ordering a sample panel to be completed on site prior to the date for commencement of full works then full payment of your invoice is required prior to works being undertaken. ​

LEAD TIMES  ..

Our current lead time will be quote on your emailed quotation.

Any lead times quitted our only guidelines and can change without notice at anytime.

PRIOR TO WORKS  ..

Any newly built brickwork will require to have had a full builders clean prior to tinting works being carried out, ie, a brick acid clean.  This is so that any building dirt and mortar splatter (etc) has been removed from the brick faces so that we can tint all the brickwork as required and no areas are missed due to unclean brickwork.  

A brickwork clean/brick acid clean should not be carried out after tinting works on newly laid brickwork as this may affect any tinting works and will invalidate  your lifetime guarantee. 

Older brickwork that has been built for sometime can be tinted straight away and should not require cleaning unless we have specified this at the time of your enquiry. Typically this should only be required if the older brickwork has organic matter growing on it.

We can colour match to any aged and weathered brickwork no problem, but it is often a good idea to make sure that the broth the brickwork that we are to tint and any brickwork that we are matching to is as clean as you would like it to be as that will form the base for our work. 

We also provide brick cleaning services, please ask for details and we can advise you further. ​

HEALTH AND SAFETY  ..

Site RAMS and insurances available on request prior to any work being undertaken.

All our technicians are kitted out with full Personal Protection Equipment, allowing them to work on the most stringent of building sites.  Each technician will select the required level of PPE for your project on a job by job basis, following our company guidelines and requirements.

ACCESS EQUIPMENT  ..

LIFETIME GUARANTEE  ..

All our Brick and Mortar Tinting works are guaranteed for the life of the brickwork.

We guarantee that the brick or mortar that we tint will always remain as we leave it. It will not change and no difference between the brickwork that we have treated and any brickwork that we are matching it to will never appear.

Any treated brickwork will only ‘weather’ naturally alongside and inline with the matching untreated brickwork.

This guarantee is for the entire life of your brickwork.

BRICKMATCH GUARANTEE  ..

When colour tinting brickwork to match we also guarantee that we will create a brick match that you are happy with. 

The first thing the technician will do when arriving on your site is to create a sample panel, this will typically be where the two different types of brickwork meet so that we can show the brick match precisely.

This sample area is as much for our skilled technicians to create and mix the right colour/s required to match your brickwork, but then also for you to approve the sample panel that we create.

If for any reason you are not happy with the sample panel that we create and do not want too proceed at this stage, thats no problem.  We will remove it, return your brickwork to as it was and refund your deposit. Thats are guarantee.  We have never actually had to do this, everybody is normally overjoyed at this point!

EFFLORESENCE  ..

Efflorescence is a natural occurrence with brickwork and can occur at anytime.

With any brickwork showing signs of efflorescence tinting can encourage it further although this is a temporary and will disrepute naturally.  We cannot guarantee against effloresce occurring. 

If your brickwork is suffering from severe efflorescence then this may stop work form being carried out until it dissipates naturally.  If this is the case then we will advise and reschedule any works.

OTHER THINGS TO BE AWARE OF ..

If Brick and Mortar tinting is required to get the best result but only one of these two parts is undertaken it will affect the quality of the overall brickwork match achieved.  

All Brick/Mortar Tinting work is guaranteed for the life of the brick/brickwork. No work under DPC is guaranteed.
No cleaning of brickwork can be carried out after tinting. This will invalidate any guarantee. ​
