​The original brick used to build the house was long discontinued and no 'close match' brick found was affordable or close enough, they would still leave the new brickwork standing out from the main house brick facade.

Instead, the new brickwork was constructed in a buff/yellow brick that provided us with a 'blank canvass' to then colour treat and match all the different brown-buff-red colour shades evident within this multi colour brick.
